Request for Proposal: Accelerator Services

The "Blueing the Black Sea" (BBSEA) project has officially launched a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a qualified consultancy firm to design and implement its Eco-Innovation Challenge (EIC) Accelerator Services.

The EIC is a global competition designed to identify and support innovative solutions targeting the Black Sea region's most critical pollution issues, including agricultural runoff, untreated wastewater, industrial pollution, and marine litter.

The selected firm will provide crucial technical assistance, mentoring, and support to winning innovators, helping them implement their solutions in the project's focus countries of Georgia, Moldova, and Türkiye. The accelerator will also support early-stage concepts under the "Greater Black Sea Window."

Qualified consultancy companies with expertise in accelerator program design, mentorship, and sustainable innovation are invited to submit a proposal until 09 September 2025.
